INauguration
The event was inaugurated by Smt Nagarjuna Devi, the Dean of student affairs of IIIT Nuzvid.
swachh swar and sikshana
The first session comprised SWACCH SWAR & SIKSHANA where the students were made to practice pure notes and were taught a new song. The students participated enthusiastically in this session.
Group Discussion
Group discussion on “Role of Music in our lives” followed SIKSHANA. Vibes of positivity and enthusiasm filled the auditorium when students very actively participated in the discussion.
Lecture Demonstration
An interactive lecture demonstration on “MUSIC & EMOTIONS” was presented by Dr Pantula Rama which drew wide participation from all the students.
Spandana
In SPANDANA, clips from different genres of music were played and the students gave their heartfelt responses through dance, songs, poetry, artwork, etc.
Evening Programme
The evening session opened with the students presenting the song they learnt during SIKSHANA. The day ended with a grand violin concert by Sri MSN Murthy accompanied by Sri H Ramacharan and Smt Ramya Kiranmayi on violin and Sri M Sridhar on mridangam.
